Seeds is a local non-profit community organization whose goal is to help people care for the earth. They do this through a variety of community garden-based programs. All the proceeds from the DoughMan will go to their youth gardening program

Durham Inner-city Gardeners (DIG)...
...Dig is a program designed to
empower teens by teaching them organic farming techniques, sound business
practices, and healthy food choices. The program emphasizes sustainable living
and growing practices, and recycling of organic material for plant health. The
DIG participants cultivate the fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers and mushrooms.
They then sell these goods at the Durham Farmer’s Market.
